What We're Looking For At least 1 year of help desk or IT support experience Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS , PC software, and VPNs Strong customer service and communication skills Bonus points for experience with Crestron systems , desktop networking, DNS basics, or A+ certification The pay is up to $24 per hour and is onsite at the association's headquarters in Quincy.
