This role will be responsible for reviewing and assessing our available data for quality and accuracy. In partnership with the CIO, they will produce data reports for funding entities based on regulatory requirements.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs a variety of support functions pertaining to operational integrity of agency workstation systems, including: Installs and maintains all hardware and hardware upgrades to individual workstations within established time frames. Installs and maintains all printers via troubleshooting/repair/replacement and/or contracted vendors. Provides responsive, direct support/troubleshooting help to end users through email, telephone, and personal communication in a timely fashion. Understand, support, and advance aspects of the electronic health record system. In partnership with the CIO and Director of Quality, this role will inform and support development of the overall data and evaluation strategy for the organization. Promote and audit data quality and take corrective action where needed. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED equivalent Valid driver's license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 2
years experience in mental health and/or other similar healthcare settings. Access to reliable transportation Any combination of education, training and experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job will be considered.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
Presents a welcoming manner to all customers and demonstrates engagement with individuals served, which adheres to the fidelity of a recovery model. Lived experiences with diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, including experience with behavioral health issues is preferred. Must be supportive of culturally competent recovery-based practices and person-centered planning as a shared decision-making process. Must support a trauma informed culture of safety to aid consumers in their recovery process. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools along with MSSMS and Power BI. Must possess a valid driver's license, a good driving record and have access to a vehicle during working hours. Demonstrate time management, organizational and decision-making skills. Knowledge of social service agencies and available resources Working knowledge of behavioral health treatment practices and experience with data collection and analysis. Ability to effectively interact with various teams within WBHN as well as external organizations. Ability to accept supervision and complete assignments and duties accurately and in a timely manner.
