Responsibilities and TasksProvide prompt and professional support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets while delivering excellent customer service.
Set up, configure, deploy, maintain, and replace workstations and technology equipment.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, user access management, and equipment preparation.
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and user account support.
Provide technology support for meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Assist with network, cybersecurity, and systems administration tasks under the guidance of the Systems & Operations Team.
Maintain accurate documentation, inventory records, technology assets, and support procedures.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technology issues and improve system performance.
Participate in technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills and AbilitiesStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, data security, and technology best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and technology support tools.
Valid U.S. driver's license.
Education and ExperienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Professional experience in IT support, helpdesk operations, or systems support preferred.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments preferred.
Familiarity with networking concepts, including IP addressing, DNS, wireless connectivity, and VPNs preferred.
Experience working with ticketing systems and remote support tools preferred.
Exposure to Azure, Active Directory, cybersecurity practices, and/or network administration preferred.
Experience with Zoho applications is a plus.
CompTIA A+ certification or a similar technical certification preferred.
Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
Ability to travel between office and branch locations as needed.
Must be able to lift and move technology equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
