Job Description:
Our client a large Healthcare System throughout the Midwest has a multiple openings to support a project to upgrade their technology. This will be replacing old PC's and upgrading to new devices in Windows 11. We are looking for IT Technicians that can work 1st shift on-site.Skills:
- To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications
- Swapping out laptops/desktops and deploying Windows 11
- To assist all our users with any logged IT related incident when called upon
- To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the customer as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary
- To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system
- To install and configure new IT equipment
- To resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware
- To resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners

- Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of St. Joseph, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00
- $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
