Job Description

Technical Solutions Specialist (Part-Time) 15-20 Hours/Week | Flexible Schedule (M-F) | Remote/Hybrid | Must be in Minnesota - Twin Cities area for remote consideration Dozer Systems is a growing IT and cybersecurity services firm supporting businesses with technical support, cloud tools, and automation. We're looking for a part-time Technical Solutions Specialist to help deliver high-quality support to our clients while assisting with the rollout of internal software tools we're building for field-based teams. This role offers a flexible Monday-Friday schedule (15-20 hours/week), with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the business scales.
What You'll Do:
Deliver Level 1 technical support to clients across tools like Microsoft 365, email, printers, network connectivity, and cloud services Assist with setting up new devices, user accounts, and software Help manage tickets, document solutions, and improve internal processes Support testing and configuration of new Dozer-developed software tools Collaborate with the team to streamline IT operations and enhance client experience
What We're Looking For:
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Familiar with tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, basic networking, and cloud-based systems Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently Able to prioritize tasks across multiple clients and internal projects
Bonus:
experience with RMM platforms, helpdesk tools, or workflow automation platforms
