Onsite As Clariant's IT Engineer you will play a key role in keeping our technology running seamlessly across all local sites. You'll be the go-to expert for business units - resolving challenges, minimizing disruptions, and contributing to global and regional IT projects that make a real impact on our operations. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure and application support across all local sites

Serve as the first point of contact for business requests, escalations, and IT challenges

Participate in and contribute to global and regional IT projects

Maintain and implement the Standard IT Service Framework

Act as internal IT Consultant/Analyst for new demands and project-related tasks

Meet ServiceNow KPIs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity Requirements Associate's degree in IT or 7+ years of equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years in IT support (hardware lifecycle, imaging, troubleshooting, Microsoft Suite)

Relevant IT certifications are a plus

Fluent in written and verbal English; additional languages are advantageous

Proficient communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills

Customer-focused, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Business-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and service excellence
