Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their devices and software operate smoothly. You will troubleshoot issues across various platforms, including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows, while utilizing your strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently. Responsibilities Provide technical support for mobile devices and computer hardware across multiple operating systems. Troubleshoot software issues and perform equipment repairs as needed. Utilize hand tools and soldering techniques for hardware repairs. Analyze customer problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues. Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities. Collaborate with field service teams to address complex technical challenges. Support retail sales teams by providing product knowledge and troubleshooting assistance. Experience Proficiency in troubleshooting Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows operating systems. Familiarity with computer hardware components and their repair processes. Experience with mobile device support and technical support roles is preferred. Strong analytical skills to assess problems accurately and devise effective solutions. Knowledge of schematics related to electronic devices is a plus. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
