Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user calls and service desk requests, investigate reported issues, and work toward timely resolution.
- Diagnose problems involving Windows-based desktops, laptops, software applications, and basic network connectivity using established support methods.
- Route more advanced or unresolved incidents to the appropriate technical teams with accurate documentation and context.
- Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, and related end-user equipment for new and existing staff.
- Support user administration tasks such as account setup, password assistance, access updates, and permission adjustments within Active Directory and related systems.
- Record troubleshooting steps, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system to maintain clear service history.
- Explain technical solutions in a user-friendly manner and provide dependable customer support to employees with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Contribute to additional IT support activities and operational projects as business needs require.
