  • is partnering with a leading utility company to find a
  • Jr. IOC Operator
  • to join its Operations Center. This is an opportunity to put your IT and customer service skills to work supporting critical technology, security, and business operations around the clock.
  • The Role
  • As a Jr. IOC Operator, you'll provide frontline technical support, monitor critical IT and security systems, troubleshoot issues, and keep customers informed. You'll work alongside experienced technology professionals while gaining valuable exposure to enterprise IT operations.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Provide
  • 24/7 remote support
  • through phone, chat, and email. + Create and manage ITSM tickets from start to resolution. + Troubleshoot basic account, software, access, and hardware issues. + Monitor IT systems, including
  • SAP and network infrastructure
•. + Monitor security and badge systems and assist with threat assessments. + Escalate complex issues to Level II/III support when needed. + Document problems, resolutions, and technical processes. + Maintain application and knowledge databases. + Assist senior personnel with production systems, hardware, operating systems, and related tools. + Collaborate with technology teams and business partners to support effective solutions. + Follow data privacy, governance, and enterprise technology standards.
  • What You Bring
  • Required +
  • 2+ years of experience in a technology/IT environment.
  • + Strong customer service and communication skills. + Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office, including Outlook. + Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. + Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Willingness to work in a
  • 24/7 Operations Center environment
  • . Preferred + Associate degree in Information Systems, IT, or a related technology field. + Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems. + Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems. + Experience with technology procurement, vendors, or contract management. + Knowledge of application architecture, business processes, data privacy, or data governance.   • Pay Details:
  • $21.
