Full Job Description Hardware Tech, Trainee Summary:
- Micrologic Associates is a leading technology solutions provider for the car wash and related industries.
- We are seeking a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Hardware Tech Trainee.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and testing of computer equipment
- Learn basic processes and procedures of the department
- Troubleshoot and identify mechanical or technical issues with equipment under the supervision of senior technicians
- Learn to operate computer repair tools
- Understand how to image hard drives
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory
- Ensure all safety protocols and company standards are followed while working on hardware
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Support in cleaning and organizing tools, spare parts, and the workspace
Skills & Knowledge:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Quick learner
- Familiarity with G- suite
- Basic understanding of Windows and BIOS operations
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A valid driver's license is preferred for on-site support tasks

- Full-time; Monday to Friday; 8-hour shift; Day shift
