Desktop Support Technician Location:
Las Vegas, NV Work Schedule:

100% Onsite Overview We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a large-scale device deployment and end-user support initiative. This role will focus on provisioning, configuring, troubleshooting, and deploying Windows 11 laptops and iOS devices while providing excellent customer service to employees across the organization. Responsibilities

+ Deploy, replace, upgrade, and support Windows 11 laptops and iOS devices (iPhones).

+ Provision and configure new devices both individually and in group/classroom environments.

+ Assist users with device enrollment and account setup processes.

+ Configure and support Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

+ Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity and login issues.

+ Support Single Sign-On (SSO) access to business applications.

+ Verify functionality of Microsoft 365 applications across Windows and iOS devices.

+ Configure Outlook settings, including email signatures.

+ Assist with data backup and migration using OneDrive.

+ Ensure all required software, peripherals, and configurations are installed and functioning properly.

+ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions.

+ Communicate project updates, issues, and escalations to leadership teams.

+ Collect, document, tag, and process equipment following established procedures. Required Qualifications + 1-3 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows PCs and mobile devices.

+ Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

+ Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

+ Experience with Microsoft Intune or endpoint management tools.

+ Hands-on experience supporting iOS devices and Windows laptops.

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.

+ Ability to support users at all levels of an organization. Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with large-scale hardware refresh or device migration projects.

+ Familiarity with device enrollment and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.

+ Experience supporting enterprise identity and access management processes. Key Skills

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
