Burdick Automotive is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Helpdesk Analyst to support our IT Manager in overseeing and maintaining technology operations across our four dealership locations (Toyota, BMW, Lexus, and Ford). This role blends hands-on technical support with infrastructure oversight and project coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment. Key Responsibilities IT Operations Assist in overseeing company-wide computer systems and cloud-based software. Support the maintenance of network environments, print system security. Assist in maintaining cybersecurity protections and compliance with FTC regulations and data privacy laws. Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, and software applications Technical Support Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to staff across all departments. Troubleshoot network and hardware issues in a timely manner. Support employees on dealership and manufacturer systems. Assist department managers in optimizing system usage and workflows. Systems & Vendor Management Assist in evaluating vendors and testing new hardware and software solutions. Support purchasing and deployment of IT equipment and systems. Coordinate equipment installations and maintenance to minimize operational disruption. Maintain and improve phone systems and internal communications platforms. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role Strong working knowledge of: Computer systems and hardware Phone and communication systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as documentation / note-taking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
