40 hours/week 7:30am - 4:00 (Inclusive of 1/2 hour unpaid lunch) 12 months per school year
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Contributes to the successful implementation of the District's Technology Plan. Manages District Office Inventory. Works with other Technicians on building inventory and coordinates roll outs of new equipment. Basic troubleshooting of devices (Chromebooks, iPads, PCs, printers, etc) Resolves hardware and software problems with end users both remotely and on-site. Device repairs and/or warranty repairs with follow through. Provides support documentation for team members and training. Answers Technology Helpdesk, enters and updates work orders. Provides coverage in buildings when necessary Takes initiative to identify and present creative solutions for department needs Performs other tasks and assumes other responsibilities as directed by the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee.
