Desktop Technician Provide first- and second-line desktop, laptop, and printer support for end users Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), including account creation, password resets, and license/distribution list management Image, configure, and deploy new laptops/desktops, including enrollment in device management tools (e.g., Intune) Install, update, and troubleshoot hardware, drivers, and applications Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, wired connections, printer/network device connectivity, IP configuration) Set up and maintain network printers and peripherals (label printers, multifunction devices) Support remote access tools (e.g., AnyDesk) and assist with remote troubleshooting Maintain accurate records of support tickets, resolutions, and inventory Assist with onboarding/offboarding: account creation, equipment setup, and access provisioning/deprovisioning Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or network engineers as needed. Experience 2-3 years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or a similar IT role Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration Solid understanding of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi troubleshooting) Experience with device management platforms (Intune or similar) a plus Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset Ability to lift/move equipment (laptops, monitors, printers) as needed Associate's degree or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred but not
