Job Description
Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide reliable technical support for end users and workplace technology in Whitesboro, New York. This role focuses on resolving hardware, software, network, and device issues while helping maintain secure and efficient day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate brings strong Microsoft environment experience, sound troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support technology used in a manufacturing setting. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in desktop support, help desk operations, or end-user technical support. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, including Windows 10 administration and troubleshooting. Experience working with Active Directory for user account management and access support. Ability to troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, printers, and common peripheral devices. Familiarity with network and Wi-Fi issue resolution in a business environment. Understanding of service desk ticketing processes and the ability to track issues through completion. Exposure to vendor coordination for technical support, equipment service, or software-related requests. Experience supporting technology in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
