This position focuses on software application administration, troubleshooting, and support rather than traditional helpdesk or infrastructure engineering. You will work in a collaborative technical environment with supportive leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and opportunities to strengthen your application support, automation, and analytics skills. Key Responsibilities Provide tier-level technical support for mission-critical enterprise software applications. Manage, track, and resolve application support tickets using enterprise ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar tools. Write, modify, or run basic scripts to support automation, troubleshooting, and application maintenance tasks. Review application performance, system logs, and data trends to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate application updates, bug fixes, maintenance, and issue resolution. Support continuous improvement efforts related to application reliability, user support processes, and technical documentation.

Compensation and Benefit Pay:

$29.47 per hour.
