Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable L1 Support Technician to join our team in Delaware, OH. This role will focus on providing hands-on support for end-user devices, peripherals, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support, Office 365, imaging devices, and coordinating with internal and external support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite Level 1 desktop support for users in a distribution center. Support and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, handheld scanners, and imaging devices. Assist with Office 365 troubleshooting and conference room technology. Follow documented procedures for hardware maintenance and issue resolution. Act as the first point of contact for user issues and coordinate with internal support teams. Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams or third-party vendors as needed. Log incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system. Support shift operations starting at 2:00 PM daily. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for timely resolution. Maintain documentation and performance metrics for incident tracking and reporting.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of IT support or desktop support experience. Familiarity with supporting Distribution Center environments is a plus. Working knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and common imaging tools. Basic understanding of ticketing systems and escalation processes. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in handling multi-team coordination across regions.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
