Job Description

Akkodis is seeking an IT Desktop Technician for a Contract with a client in Findlay, OH. The ideal candidate must have proven ability to resolve hardware and software incidents efficiently while providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience.
Rate Range:
$25/Hour to $28/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. IT Desktop Technician Job Responsibilities include: Provide technical support for end-user workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment in a corporate environment. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, VPN, Citrix, and Office 365 issues with minimal disruption to business operations. Install, configure, maintain, and update Windows 10/11 systems, Microsoft Office applications, and desktop images. Accurately document, manage, and escalate support tickets while ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and third-party vendors to support incidents, system maintenance, and hardware repairs. Manage IT assets, maintain inventory records, and ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and asset management processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5 to 7 years of experience providing desktop support, end-user support, and VIP executive support in a corporate environment. Strong expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, Citrix, wireless networking, and endpoint troubleshooting. Pay Details:
