Production Scheduler/IT Support

IT Support/Production Scheduler:

Reports To:

Chief Operating Officer Employee is responsible for management of ERP Software. Employee Job Duties General I.T. - Basic computer troubleshooting/repair, password resets, etc. Managing/planning work schedule. Complete paperwork, computer tasks, and data entry. Answering phone calls and emails. Physical Demands Sit for long periods of time Bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently Work in hot/cold temperatures Safety Requirements All employees must read and sign Safety Rules and Maintenance Safety Rules, complete welcome packet, given a pair of safety glasses and ear protection (as needed) before working on the floor.

Training Requirements Familiarize yourself with:

Our ERP software (Global Shop Solutions) Basic use of AutoCAD Job Requirements High School Diploma. Organizational Skills. Good Math and Number Skills. Strong Computer Skills with Excel, Word, Outlook. Basic computer hardware knowledge. Troubleshooting skills. 1-3 Years' Experience is preferred but not required
