Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a versatile IT Support Specialist to help manage our day-to-day technical operations. The primary focus of this role is providing robust General IT and Desktop Support . Beyond help desk responsibilities, you will play a key role in maintaining our EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) pipelines and supporting our core business systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce . The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who can pivot quickly between fixing a workstation and troubleshooting complex data transmissions. Responsibilities 1. General IT & Infrastructure (Primary Focus)
Support:
Act as the first point of contact for all hardware and software issues.Hardware:
Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.Printing:
Manage printer support, ranging from standard office units to high-volume industrial thermal printers.Administration:
Manage user accounts via Microsoft 365/Active Directory and ensure stable network connectivity (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN).Maintenance:
Maintain IT asset inventory and perform regular system updates and patches. 2.EDI Support & Data Flow Monitoring:
Oversee daily EDI transmissions to ensure seamless communication with trading partners.Troubleshooting:
Investigate and resolve errors in document types such as 850 POs, 856 ASNs, and 810 Invoices .Onboarding:
Assist in onboarding new trading partners and testing EDI maps. 3.ERP & Salesforce Maintenance NetSuite:
Provide functional support, assisting users with navigation, saved searches, and basic troubleshooting.Salesforce:
Support CRM operations, including user management, data integrity, and workflow troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration with business processes.Vendor Coordination:
Document system bugs and coordinate with software vendors for final resolutions.Hardware:
