This leadership role is ideal for someone with lived experience in recovery who is passionate about mentoring others, promoting recovery-oriented services, and helping individuals achieve lasting wellness. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support Peer Recovery Support Specialists. Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance feedback. Ensure peer services are delivered in accordance with organizational policies and best practices. Assist with staff scheduling, documentation, and quality improvement activities. Collaborate with clinical and community partners to coordinate services. Promote a culture of hope, recovery, respect, and person-centered care. Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports. Support program development and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Certification as a Peer Recovery Support Supervisor (or eligibility as required by state regulations). Minimum of 2 years of experience providing peer recovery support services. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
