Job Description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading technology services organization. We are hiring an Application Support Administrator.

Shift:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:30AM-5:00

PM Pay Rate:

$22.21-$29.47/hr (Based on experience)

Application Support Administrator Summary:

Provide support for enterprise software applications. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot application systems. Assist with application administration and testing. Support ongoing software enhancements and improvements. Resolve technical issues and service requests. Deliver exceptional customer and user support.

Application Support Administrator Responsibilities:

Monitor application performance and system functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues. Support customer requests through ticketing systems. Assist with application testing and quality assurance. Provide user training and technical guidance. Complete documentation and administrative reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience supporting enterprise applications required. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or Bash preferred. Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems preferred.
