Posted on July 21, 2026 Published By Shannon Hand Direct Hire opening for an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to work with the established manufacturer in the Washington Courthouse, Ohio area.

The IT Helpdesk Technician will support an active ERP implementation to include preparing all computers and associated equipment (configure and install), assisting internal associates with Desktop/Laptop, printer, handheld scanner, scale and similar equipment issues. Support all operating systems and applications (Windows 10/11, Office365, Production Equipment OS' etc.) Pay range will be $55,000

60,000k annually with great growth opportunity! Day shift, onsite! Immediate need for this role, apply today! To be successful in this role the IT Helpdesk Technician will have:
An Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
1+ yr experience in similar role and/or with Network Functionality, Windows 10/11, Wi-Fi, Office365, TCP/IP
C# experience is a plus
