Job Description
MCS Management is looking to develop the next generation of leaders in Columbus through our Entry Level Manager opportunity supporting Kinetic Fiber operations. This role is centered around team leadership, employee development, customer account oversight, and day-to-day operational coordination within a fast-paced environment. The Entry Level Manager will work closely with a small team, helping oversee schedules, monitor performance, support customer interactions, and maintain efficient daily operations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build leadership experience, strengthen communication skills, and grow into long-term management opportunities. Once trained, the Entry Level Manager will take on increasing responsibility in guiding team members, assisting with workflow management, and ensuring a positive customer experience connected to Kinetic Fiber services. Core Functions of the Entry Level Manager Oversee daily team operations, including territory coordination, scheduling support, and maintaining organized workflows. Assist with onboarding and training new team members through shadowing, coaching, and ongoing mentorship. Monitor team activity, customer interactions, and operational performance to help maintain efficiency and consistency. Support customer account management by helping resolve questions, providing service information, and ensuring positive experiences. Maintain communication with senior leadership regarding team progress, operational updates, and performance goals. Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and strong interpersonal communication.
