Service Desk Analyst Are you a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys solving problems and helping people? We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join a fast-paced enterprise support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-career IT support experience who wants to strengthen their technical skills while working in a collaborative, service-driven environment. What You'll Do Provide responsive technical support to end users by phone and other support channels. Troubleshoot password resets, login problems, and account-access issues. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and peripheral problems involving keyboards, mice, monitors, printers, and related equipment. Assist users with Windows-based troubleshooting and common desktop-support issues. Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service while documenting and resolving technical concerns. Escalate more complex issues when appropriate. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of customer service, help desk, or technical support experience . Strong verbal communication and phone-support skills. Hands-on experience troubleshooting PCs and common peripherals. Familiarity with Windows environments and desktop technical support. Experience with Google Workspace , including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office , including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Energetic, dependable, and service-oriented approach to supporting users. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Schedule Various shifts are available Monday through Saturday , with schedules ranging between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM .
