Newberg, Oregon Essential Responsibilities:

Work with customers to resolve all PC hardware, software and basic networking problems Maintain components of the network infrastructure including basic Linux and Windows server admin, server patching, and implementation and administration of VPN devices and clients Provision new hire accounts and computers, and de-provision terminated user accounts in a timely, effective fashion and in accordance with set procedures Manage tickets throughout their life cycle while providing excellent customer service to ensure user satisfaction with resolutions, and documenting all steps taken for internal tracking Coordinate with other technicians to ensure uniform support experience with consistent high-quality customer service Maintain excellent rapport and strong business relationships with cross-functional contacts Plan and implement IT projects, and collectively resolve pending technical issues

Qualifications:

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills Highly self-motivated and resourceful with strong ability to work well under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills Able to work flexible hours Able to regularly lift/move electronic and related equipment weighing up to 60 lbs Must have reliable transporation to work at our office and customer sites. (Rose City Solutions reimburses for fuel). While not required a CCNA, Network+ and A+ are preferred.
