for our employees! T-Mobile is searching for an impactful Field Technician in the Eugene, Oregon area to join us in taking the next big leap forward! You should possess a balance of wireless industry exposure, coupled with the ability to be independent and cover a wide area of sites in our Central Oregon market. You will be a generalist, encompassing aspects of technical support, project management, and operational support while being a responsible teammate. We are a team that encourages innovation and advocates an agile and open approach, truly working and playing in the Un-carrier way! This role supports network operations in the Eugene, Oregon market and surrounding locations in Central Oregon by applying technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance and reliability. It involves providing technical assistance, managing smaller projects, and contributing to operational process improvements. The role requires understanding of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services. Success is measured by effective technical support, timely project updates, and identification of process improvements. The work directly impacts network stability and service quality for organizational and customer needs. Main responsibilities: Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards Develop yourself through continuous learning - completing training requirements to stay current on existing and new systems and product in order to grow skills and to expand proficiency...FOR FULL INFO FOLLOW APPLICATION LINK!
