Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 salary, based on experience 401(k) with automatic 3% company contribution Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off and paid holidays Stable, family-owned global company with a supportive culture A Day in the Life of the Technical Support Specialist In this role, you'll act as a key link between customers, sales teams, and technical experts, helping ensure clients receive the right low-flow instrumentation solutions for their unique applications. From evaluating customer requirements to preparing accurate quotes and supporting order fulfillment, your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational success. You'll collaborate cross-functionally while contributing to a seamless quote-to-delivery experience.

Responsibilities include:

Understanding customer process environments and operating conditions Supporting product sizing, selection, and configuration recommendations Reviewing customer requirements to determine best-fit solutions Preparing accurate and timely customer quotes Tracking open quotations and supporting sales staff and distributors Validating pricing and product options Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy against quoted configurations Entering orders into ERP systems Providing delivery updates and shipment tracking information Responding to technical and commercial inquiries Assisting with returns, exchanges, and repairs Maintaining accurate customer data in ERP/CRM systems Collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and European headquarters

Requirements and Qualifications:

1+ years of B2B sales or client support experience Ability to interpret a technical or product concept to a non-technical customer or distributor, ensuring they understand Prior experience maintaining accurate customer or product data in ERP/CRM systems Desire to develop and grow your career within the company Ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams
