This is a great fit for someone with a couple of years of hands-on IT support experience under their belt who is ready to take on more responsibility, not an entry-level help desk role, but also not one requiring a seasoned systems engineer. You'll be a key part of keeping our network, servers, and end-user technology running smoothly for the staff who deliver services to our community every day.

Provide day-to-day technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory. Help maintain our Windows Server environment, including DNS and DHCP. Configure and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls and VPN connections. Handle general network troubleshooting, switches, wireless, and connectivity. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot office printers and copiers. Support our Microsoft 365 environment: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint, and user account management. Monitor nightly backups and help resolve any failures. Keep servers and workstations current through regular patch management. Set up and deploy new computers and laptops for staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
2-4 years of hands-on IT support or administration experience. Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with firewalls and VPNs (SonicWall experience a plus). Comfort troubleshooting general network and printer issues. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, and related apps). A customer-service mindset and clear communication with non-technical staff. Associate's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience/certifications (A+, Network+, Security+ a plus). A valid driver's license. This role involves occasional travel to CRI locations across Pennsylvania.
