Apply today! Key Responsibilities Provide onsite technical support for court employees, judges, and judicial staff. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues. Support courtroom audio-visual, recording, and broadcast systems during live court proceedings. Assist users with application functionality, troubleshooting, and general "how-to" questions. Learn and support court-specific applications and technologies, including MiFILE and other judicial systems. Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, peripherals, conferencing tools, and document management systems. Escalate complex technical issues to the County IT team when required. Maintain strong customer service while supporting both court staff and the public. Ensure technology systems remain operational to support courtroom activities. Required Skills & Experience Experience providing Desktop Support, Application Support, or End-User Technical Support. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows PCs, software applications, and peripheral devices. Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Windows environments. Knowledge of audio-visual technologies and conference room/courtroom support. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment. Ability to quickly learn new applications and business systems. Preferred Skills Experience with courtroom AV and recording systems (e.g., JAVS, BIS). Experience supporting Zoom and hybrid meeting technologies. Familiarity with Court MiFILE or other document management systems.
