• Looking to break into IT and build realworld technical experience? This entrylevel IT Support role is ideal for someone motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, receive structured training, and gain daily exposure to IT fundamentals.

• Who We're Looking For
• 6+ months of IT experience or relevant education

• CompTIA A+ (or actively studying)
• IT / Computer Science coursework or degree
• Bootcamp or internship experience
• Strong interest in
• hands-on IT support
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Strong
• communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation required (100% onsite in Coppell)
• What You'll Be Doing
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
• Assist users via
• email, chat, phone, and in-person
• Troubleshoot common issues:
• Password resets and login problems
• WiFi and connectivity issues
• Printers and basic hardware support
• Work alongside senior technicians for
• hands-on training

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $16.25
• $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
