This role goes well beyond traditional IT support: it sits at the intersection of systems administration, business systems configuration, and light development, and is expected to grow in scope and value as GCMSO's automation and AI initiatives mature. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between configuring a managed care platform, building a Power Automate workflow, writing a SQL query for a health plan report, and supporting the rollout of a new AI-powered tool — often in the same week. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain QuickCap, including user setup, workflow configuration, and troubleshooting. Administer Microsoft 365, including SharePoint site structure, permissions, and Power Automate workflows. Build and support SQL-based reporting for internal teams and health plan deliverables. Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across core systems. Administer SFTP connections and file transfer processes with health plan and vendor partners. Support deployment and maintenance of AI tools used across the organization, working closely with the Cross-Functional Project Manager on rollout planning. Coordinate technical aspects of vendor integrations. Write and maintain basic scripts (Python or similar) to support automation and data workflows. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in an IT support, systems administration, or business systems analyst role. Working proficiency in SQL for reporting and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Power Automate. Comfort learning and configuring vertical-specific platforms (QuickCap experience a strong plus, not required at hire). Basic scripting ability (Python or similar language). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a healthcare, managed care, or MSO/IPA environment. Prior experience with industry standard EDI formats including 277, 837, 999, and accumulator files. Familiarity with API-based integrations between systems. Exposure to AI tooling deployment (prompt-based tools, RAG systems, or similar) in a business setting. Power Platform certifications (Power Automate, Power Apps) or Microsoft certifications. Success Metrics System uptime and configuration accuracy for QuickCap and related platforms. On-time delivery of AI tool deployment milestones. Timely resolution of vendor integration issues. Reduction in manual/repetitive reporting work through automation.
