Pay:

From $65,000 per year additional pay based on level of experience Job description: Travels on-site to deploy, repair, and update hardware and software for fingerprint biometric systems at law enforcement agencies within Southern California. May be asked to travel to other regions occasionally. Provides remote and on-site support assistance to these agencies. Deploys and supports Fingerprint and Mugshot Biometric Systems. Troubleshoots Dataworks proprietary software, VB.NET applications, and SQL database queries and Hardware. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Must travel to customer sites within LA County. Must be able to pass FBI Background check and multiple variety of background checks related to working as a vendor for Law Enforcement Desired skills include strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote workplace environment, initiative, problem solving, and strong work ethic (ability to work with minimal supervision) Ability to diagnose and repair computers, printers and peripheral hardware Ability to easily adapt to and learn proprietary technologies Knowledge of Windows operating systems Knowledge of Windows Server Basic familiarity with the Microsoft SQL Server technology strongly preferred but not required Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience/certifications (A+, Network+, Security+)
