YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience in IT project management, including at least experience in a leadership or managerial role. 3+ years of experience in inspiring and mentoring a high-performing team with strong leadership skills 3+ years of experience in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.
