Job Description
As a Sr IT Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will lead and mentor a team of specialists, shaping the strategic direction and effective execution of our technology projects. Collaborating closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you will align IT project strategies with business objectives. You will report directly to our Director, IT Program Management and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in IT project management, including at least experience in a leadership or managerial role. 3+ years of experience in inspiring and mentoring a high-performing team with strong leadership skills 3+ years of experience in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar. Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives. Strong project portfolio management skills. A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
