•This position will be onsite M-F 8am - 5pm

JOB SUMMARY

Install, configure and maintain company hardware, software, and operating systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS

Configure and deploy hardware to new users and upgrade existing equipment when necessary. Perform DUO administration for users switching phones or needing resets. Perform laptop imaging and set up for new and existing employees Provide encryption keys to users as required Provide support and troubleshooting for all company hardware and software Install and configure desktop software Manage Desktop Support incident queue in Service Now completing or assigning tickets as necessary Update tasks with periodic problem status and resolution information Recommend equipment purchases as needed Perform asset management tasks as required Perform inventory of computer supplies as required Perform necessary Windows updates All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:

Associates degree in related field or equal years of field experience 2 Years of Experience and A+ Certification Preferred Knowledge of specific systems or technologies / years or level of experience with each required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times and push a cart containing equipment.
