IT Support Technician We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring employees have the tools and support they need to succeed. Based on the original job description provided, the role includes support for Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, onboarding/offboarding, and general IT equipment maintenance. What You'll Do Respond to employee IT support requests and resolve technical issues quickly and professionally Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral problems Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment Support Microsoft 365 applications and Windows-based environments Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and device configuration Manage printer supplies and coordinate maintenance when needed Handle phone system adds, moves, and changes Escalate advanced technical issues when appropriate Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions Help ensure technology systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows PCs in a business environment 1-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with RingCentral phone systems Experience supporting Zebra label printers Familiarity with Android-based inventory scanners Experience with Microsoft Intune Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Why Join Us?
