Job Description
Call Dan at 865-973-3067 for immediate consideration.
Primary Job Duties include:
- Quickly and accurately identify, sort, and pack computer components.
- Regularly lift 20 to 75 lbs.
- Working with Microsoft Windows command line and Linux Bash shell.
- Resetting and testing Android and Apple iOS devices.
- Repair, upgrade, and downgrade desktop and laptop PC's as needed to meet customer and client request.
- Testing, destroying, and/or wiping device drive(s) in accordance with customer request and company policy.
- Testing and resetting networking devices, such and switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Provide technical advice on technical component's usages and current market values.
Secondary Duties:
The following duties will also be a part of daily job functions:- Organizing and storing computer components.
- Sorting, lifting, and moving of material with the use of material handling equipments.
- Setting up, staging, packing and wrapping pallets and tri-wall boxes for shipment or storage.
- Packing, weighing and preparing shipping labels of completed material.
- Daily and weekly cleaning task. Qualification
- CompTIA A+ certification, or 6 months in computer repair or computer technician preferred.
- Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
