About the Position 3C Environmental Solutions Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented ITAD Device Testing Technician. This position is responsible for testing, inspecting, and grading mobile phones, computers, monitors, and other electronic equipment. Previous experience in computer repair, electronics testing, or technical support is preferred but not required. We provide hands-on training and value reliability, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Perform functional testing on phones, computers, monitors, and other electronic devices Inspect equipment for physical damage, missing components, and cosmetic condition Identify basic hardware and software issues Accurately record test results and equipment information Sort and grade devices according to company standards Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor repairs Follow testing procedures, safety requirements, and data-security policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Report damaged, unusual, or unidentified equipment to the supervisor Participate in cross-training and assist with other ITAD or warehouse operations as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience with computer repair, electronics, mobile devices, or technical support is a plus Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Good attendance, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment Flexible and willing to support different operational functions when needed Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Expected hours: 40.0 per week
