Technology, Software, IT, Electronics Description Description SAIC is seeking an experienced IT/Communications/SCIF Infrastructure Specialist to support facility infrastructure, focusing on SCIF accreditation, secure communications integration, and IT infrastructure for AI production environments. Coordinate across SCIF accreditation, system ATO, and reciprocity agreements for cross-domain connectivity. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support SCIF design, construction oversight, and ICD-705 accreditation processes Coordinate secure communications path development including IPA connectivity and cross-domain solutions Support network connectivity task order execution Support IT infrastructure architecture for GPU clusters and high-performance computing Assist with security controls implementation and assessment for dual accreditation approach (SCIF accreditation, IT infrastructure ATO) Support facility power, cooling, and physical infrastructure planning for AI workloads at identified data center Develop Body of Evidence (BOE) for ATO package and coordinate testing requirements Support reciprocity planning across Designated Accrediting Officials (DAOs) to ensure connectivity and delivery schedules Coordinate with organizational resources on infrastructure integration Support network architecture and data transport planning across IC agencies Track facility and communications milestones against aggressive delivery schedule
Qualifications Required Experience:
Active TS SCI w/Polygraph Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience. 5+ years in SCIF/secure facility and IT infrastructure programs, with accreditation experience Experience with the following: SCIF accreditation processes (ICD 705, ICD 704) Risk management Framework (RMF) and
ICD 503 ATO
package development and BOE preparation Secure communications architectures and cross-domain solutions Multi-DAO reciprocity and boundary agreements Data center infrastructure (power, cooling, physical security) Network architecture and high-speed data transport IT infrastructure for high-performance computing environments Facility construction and systems integration Crypto implementation and network security
Target Salary Range:
