Technical Support Specialist Winchester, VA | Extensive Domestic & International Travel Military Veterans Encouraged to Apply Looking for more than just another job? We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist to train customers, commission specialized equipment, and provide hands-on technical support across the globe. No one comes into this role already knowing the technology—we'll provide the training to make you an expert. This role is ideal for military veterans who enjoy travel, working with their hands, teaching others, and tackling new challenges in different environments. What You'll Do Master a proprietary, industry-leading technology through extensive training Travel throughout the U.S. and internationally (up to 12 weeks at a time ) Train customers on equipment operation and best practices Commission new systems and troubleshoot technical issues in the field Partner with engineering and operations to improve products and customer experience Build long-term relationships with customers around the world What We're Looking For Military experience strongly preferred Mechanical, construction, maintenance, engineering, or heavy equipment background Comfortable traveling extensively, both domestically and internationally Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Why You'll Love It Extensive paid training on a proprietary technology Global travel and unique work environments Opportunity to become the recognized expert in a highly specialized field Diverse, hands-on work—no two weeks are the same Long-term career growth with an innovative manufacturer If you're the type of person who misses the mission, enjoys seeing the world, and wants a career that's anything but ordinary, we'd love to hear from you.
