A local Healthcare company in Spokane, WA is hiring a Desktop Support Technician to join the team for a great opportunity!

Job Duties:

+ Create, maintain, and deploy Windows desktop and laptop images using

SCCM/MECM.

+ Configure and deploy operating systems, software, patches, and security updates to enterprise endpoints.

+ Manage device provisioning, hardware refreshes, lifecycle replacements, upgrades, and end-user migrations.

+ Troubleshoot imaging, deployment, operating system, software installation, driver, and hardware issues.

+ Coordinate equipment staging, deployment schedules, asset tracking, and inventory management.

+ Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, request fulfillment, asset documentation, and workflow tracking.

+ Deploy and support desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, docking stations, scanners, mobile devices, and related peripherals.

+ Package, test, and deploy software through SCCM while monitoring deployment success and resolving issues.

+ Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge base articles.

+ Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams to ensure endpoint compliance, standardization, and operational readiness.

Qualifications:

+ Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. + 3+ years of experience in desktop support, endpoint management, imaging, deployment, or enterprise IT support.

+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and ServiceNow.

+ Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

+ Knowledge of endpoint security standards, compliance requirements, and IT asset management best practices.

+ Experience with OS deployment, task sequences, software distribution, patch management, and driver administration.

+ Experience supporting hardware deployments, refresh projects, asset lifecycle management, and end-user migrations.
