Help Desk Support TEKsystems $20.00 - $23.50 / hr life insurance, sick time, 401(k), retirement plan United States, Wisconsin, Elkhorn May 15, 2026 This role will be primarily focused on supporting a Cellular Device Migration project. The individual will assist end users with transferring contacts, applications, photos, and folders from legacy devices to new devices. The majority of migrations will be Android-to-Android, though some iOS devices will also be supported. The environment uses Microsoft Intune as the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. Candidates should be comfortable working within an MDM-managed device ecosystem. Strong customer service skills are critical for this role. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, well-organized, and capable of managing their time effectively. • Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
