As an IT Specialist at Arla Foods, you will have diverse responsibilities that include: Log, track, and resolve issues received as first level of support. Contribute to, establish and develop guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery to internal customers. Utilize and distribute documentation provided by Global IT and as necessary Create and maintain end user documentation and training guides for Local solutions and deliver training as needed. Maintain complete and accurate inventory of all company IT related equipment and assets. Order IT supplies for the site as required utilizing global agreements where applicable. Assist with audio/video equipment and info boards throughout the site. Manage phone system in coordination with vendor, adding and deleting new users moving extensions as required Develop a clear understanding of business priorities to ensure that users can deliver high level of customer satisfaction. A qualified candidate will have education at a bachelor's level and; at least 2-5 years of relevant experience; Strong communication skills, Ability to interpret a wide variety of information furnished in written and/or oral form; Proficient in Math; Ability to read and interpret work orders, and/or documents; proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
