Job Description:
- TEKsystems is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for a manufacturing operations and corporate office environment. This is a high-visibility role that combines end-user support, hardware troubleshooting, and infrastructure coordination in a fast-paced setting.
- Responsibilities
- Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, phones, printers, and other network-connected equipment.
- Support plant and office employees with day-to-day technical issues and service requests.
- Configure and support conference room technology, including audio/video equipment and meeting room systems.
- Manage ticket queues, walk-up support requests, and escalations while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve hardware and technology-related issues.
- Perform technology audits, inventory tracking, and asset management activities.
- Assist with device imaging, Microsoft Autopilot deployments, and Intune-related testing and support.
- Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.
- Work independently to prioritize and resolve issues in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Occasionally provide after-hours or on-call remote support as needed.
- Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking technologies.
- Understanding of networking concepts and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience supporting Microsoft technologies and endpoint management tools.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including using ladders or scissor lifts when necessary.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

- This is a Contract position based out of Richland Center, WI.
