The tech specialist will be responsible for tech support, product maintenance and installation, customer service, and communication with clients and internal teams. Project management, site visits to perform immediate or alternative solutions and installation management. Candidate must have mechanical skills and knowledge, read blueprints, understand the concept of manufacturing phases and be able to multitask. Travel is a must and must be able to travel on short notice. Qualifications Strong Communication skills. Project Coordination. Analytical Skills and Communication skills. Customer Service expertise. Strong attention to detail. Mechanical skills and able to use tools are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 2 to 3 years of experience in related field. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required. Microsoft 360 program knowledge and ability to use daily. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven candidate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tech servicing with a passion for customer service. As a Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for growing the Tech/ Installation department through effective outreach, relationship building, and negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new market opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers. Candidate will help manage product service and installation when needed.
