Drive technology alignment with business objectives, optimizing operational efficiencies and customer experience across digital channels. E-commerce Platform & Product Development Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of e-commerce platforms to improve functionality, scalability, and customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user-centric solutions, integrating UX/UI best practices and enhancing the digital product portfolio. ERP & SAP

System Implementation Lead ERP/SAP system implementation and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business processes and scalability. Develop an efficient ERP framework to support operations, data management, and workflow automation. Oversee ongoing system configuration, upgrades, and maintenance for optimal performance and compliance. System & Application Management Direct and oversee system architecture and product development, establishing best practices for software development, data security, and infrastructure management. Manage and mentor the technology team, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages innovation, skill development, and accountability. Design and implement strategies for system integration, seamless user experience, and process optimization. Global Infrastructure & Growth Initiatives Drive global technology initiatives and set up a scalable system infrastructure that supports international expansion. Lead the selection and integration of enterprise-level systems, including ERP and CRM platforms, to support business growth. Facilitate the development and implementation of security and compliance frameworks for international markets. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; certifications in ERP, SAP, or related areas preferred. 7+ years of experience in technology management, including a strong background in e-commerce and ERP/SAP systems.
