Job Description Responsible for leading the architecture, governance, security, integrations, and operational support of the Workday platform and broader People Technology ecosystem. Owns platform stability, scalability, compliance, and performance while driving continuous improvement, automation, and optimization initiatives. Partners with HR, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and cross-functional stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, establish integration and governance standards, evaluate solutions, manage risk, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and business-aligned People Technology solutions. • 10+ years of enterprise technology experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Workday technical roles.
• Strong expertise in: Workday Security, Workday Integrations (Workday Studio, EIB, Connectors, PECI/PICOF, APIs), Workday Architecture
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data architecture.
• Experience supporting enterprise people ecosystems and third-party vendor integrations.
• Knowledge of security governance, audit controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field.
• Workday certifications in Integration, Security, HCM, or related areas.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with other HR/People Technologies like learning platforms (Cornerstone etc.), recruiting platforms (Phenom, Greenhouse etc.), survey platforms (Qualtrics, Perceptyx etc.), Skills platforms, Case Management Platforms (ServiceNow etc.), Time & Attendance platforms (UKG, Infor)
• Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
• Experience integrating Workday with identity management, payroll, benefits, finance, and analytics platforms.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps & ITSM practices.
• Experience working in global or multi-region HR environments.
