Functional Description:

The Senior Engineer will support the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) AEGIS and Non-AEGIS Programs. Serving as a direct report to the Case Manager, this function primarily serves as the day-to-day support of the development of executable combat system configurations for international engagement opportunities, including the acquisition and technical support of the Aegis Combat System's Computer Program and supporting hardware.

Duties:

Provide high quality program management and systems engineering support to US DOD international assistance and cooperative development programs with a strong background in (FMS) Aegis Navy programs. Will support in designing, implementing, and executing all phases of international programs, from concept development through lifetime support. Capable of managing multiple FMS portfolio/programs providing technical and programmatic support related to management, design, development and integration of complex weapons systems architectures. Manage multiple programs independently, as required by the government FMS program manager

Required Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent education

Allowable Substitution:

A) a high school degree, or a GED, and ten (10) years of relevant engineering experience, OR B) a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant engineering experience, OR C) a master's in a relevant field.

Required Experience:

8+ years of experience in an engineering, analyst, and/or project management role supporting Navy combat systems United States Navy AEGIS experience Must have prior FMS experience and a strong understanding of FMS international policies and processes Must hold and maintain a Secret security clearance. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $77,571.36 - $140,00.00 ( annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
