          Requirement/Must Have:
          • 5-10 years of experience in Systems Engineering.
          • Experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Dynatrace monitoring solutions for end-to-end visibility across hybrid infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
          • Proven ability to develop and maintain custom Dynatrace dashboards, health checks, and alerting thresholds.
          • Experience tuning alerts to reduce false positives and noise.
          • Hands-on experience utilizing Dynatrace for Application Performance Monitoring (APM) to monitor application performance and transaction flows.
          • Familiarity with PurePath technology for distributed tracing and code-level visibility.
          • Experience configuring and supporting Dynatrace Synthetic monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
          • Ability to use Dynatrace to proactively identify potential system or application performance issues before they impact production.
          • Ability to provide monitoring insights during incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
          Responsibilities:
