Our client, a leader in medical device innovation, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting the development and lifecycle management of advanced medical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable success within the organization.

$50 to $53 on W2 What's the Job? Perform systems engineering activities across various stages of product development, from initial concept to post-market surveillance. Understand clinical and user needs to translate them into effective product realization strategies. Gather and manage requirements from diverse sources, including regulatory standards, human factors, manufacturing, and service teams. Drive solutions and product design from a systems perspective, leveraging knowledge of technology, process, and therapy domains. Create and maintain design history files, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. What's Needed? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Software, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related engineering/science discipline. At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in medical device development for ICU or kidney care domains. Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, including electro-mechanical and software engineering. Experience with internet-connected, software-enabled devices and cybersecurity considerations. Familiarity with system modeling languages (SysML or UML) and requirement management tools such as DOORS or Jama. What's in it for me?
